Nanci Salvucci

Nanci is a master teacher and choreographer. She has trained dancers for many years at various studios from coast to coast including the Judith Clark Academy of Dance, Agnes Strecker Dance Studio and Bill Fowler Dance Studios in the Boston area, the Peninsula Ballet Theater and Dance Arts Center in the San Francisco Bay area and Ballet Austin where she currently studies.


Nanci grew up dancing at the Judith Clark Academy of Dance in Melrose, Massachusetts. As a student, Nanci performed many of her favorite works by Bob Fosse, Alvin Ailey, Jerome Robins, David Howard, Will Rogers and Martha Graham. Nanci graduated from the Dance Teachers Club of Boston Teacher Training Program and went on to study dance at the University of Massachusetts, Boston where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Dance and Business. While at UMASS/Boston, Nanci enjoyed traveling throughout New England and New York as a performer, teacher, coach, artistic director and award-winning choreographer for the University Dance Company. Throughout her career, Nanci has studied with legendary artists who have inspired her and shaped her creative style including Gus Giordano, Luigi, Mary Jane Brown, Mallory Graham, Joe Tremaine, Darryl Retter, Linda Bernebi, Scott Benson and Brian Friedman.
